The price was right for this bag, and the reviews sold me. I needed something quick to tote around my Canon Vixia HF S20, and this thing fits it perfectly. The internal dividers are movable, and attach with velcro. The depth of the large compartment is enough for my camcorder along with a lens hood attached, or a wide-angle adapter. It's great, and also fits the power adapter, other lens hood, and some various filters, and a camera shoe adapter bracket/handle.
The shoulder strap is decent, and feels fine on the shoulder. Kind of no-frills there. The padding is very good, and seems to protect just fine if you throw this into your car or on the floor when you get back. I wouldn't toss it out a window, or sit on it, since it's a soft bag and not a flight case.
For my camcorder, the lens hood, adapters and extra stuff I'm carrying, it's amazing. For the price, if you have the Vixia line of camcorders, this will be great for you.
